• SimpleX is delivered online. It is software you use in your web browser. Nothing is shipped to you, there is nothing to collect, and there is no shipping or delivery charge.
• Delivery is immediate. Your account is ready to use as soon as you sign up, or as soon as you accept the invitation we send when we set your company up for you.
• Paying does not start a new delivery. A subscription you pay for applies to the account you already have. If your account had become view-only because a payment was late, full access returns as soon as your payment is recorded.
• It is the same wherever you are. Delivery is online and immediate in Bahrain and abroad alike, at no extra cost, subject to the sanctions restrictions in §7.
• Your tax invoice confirms your payment. The tax invoice we issue when your payment is received is your confirmation. It appears in the app under Settings → Plan & billing, where your company's owners and administrators can see it, and we can email you a copy.
